The Process.
Today’s travel agents are professionally trained advisors much like in the financial or legal world. We’ll work together to create a personalized itinerary and deliver your desired experience.
1 - Introductions.
It's important a traveler and agent are compatible. You’ll start by answering questions about your travel style, aspirations, and preferences. I want to build a lifelong relationship, so let’s take the time to make sure we're a good fit. Clients must agree to regular communication, timely feedback, and full transparency
for a seamless experience before and during the trip.
2 - Create.
You will have a travel industry insider crafting your itinerary. You may be as involved as you wish or leave it to me.
Your itinerary will arrive via the Trip Plans app (example). You may view it online, via the app, print or download.
Flight information automatically updates if there are schedule or gate changes.
3 - Bon voyage!
Enjoy your relaxing getaway or active adventure!
You will enjoy the advantage of me and my local partners taking care of the details and special requests throughout your trip.
4 - Post Trip.
Share your trip memories! My job is not just to maintain, but exceed expectations of a quality experience.
The provided feedback will ensure your next trip is even more spectacular.

At Fork & Leaf, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, stress-free, and well-organized travel experience for all of our clients. To achieve this, we require that certain key elements of your trip are booked directly through us. This ensures that we can guarantee continuity and seamless service throughout your journey. I am available for consultations and am committed to delivering a high-quality travel experience.
The following components of your trip must be booked through us to deliver the best service:
Flights: Ensuring we can provide support for your travel from start to finish, including flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
Accommodations: Booking your lodging through us guarantees that we can offer the safest and most reliable options, with 24/7 support if any issues arise. We work with hotels and villa rental companies that are well-vetted, 4 & 5-star rated and often offer special amenities for our clients.
Transfers/Transportation: Coordinating ground transfers and transportation ensures your travel logistics are handled smoothly, and we can manage any unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance: For your peace of mind, we require travel insurance to protect you from unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies.

Fees
All fees are non-refundable. Once an itinerary is approved, one change is permitted without a fee.
Changes to the trip’s destination require a new planning fee*. See below for the fee schedule including cancellations.

$250/person/week
(13 years of age & up)
I will provide the best travel experience possible for your
specific needs. I put concerted thought and time into planning
each of my clients’ trips, thus freeing up time to do things you enjoy!***

*A $100 change fee is implemented after the 1st change post deposit. Changes to destination require a new planning fee.**A 3% merchant fee will be charged for credit & debit card payments***Last minute bookings (within 30 days) are an additional 50% or 90 days during a holiday.
****Cancellation fees: trip cancellation $100/per person/week of travel.
