The Process.

Today’s travel agents are professionally trained advisors much like in the financial
or legal world. We’ll work together to create a personalized
itinerary and deliver your desired experience.

1 - Introductions.

We want to build a long term relationship, so my goal is to understand your
unique style of travel: preferences, passions, and interests

2 - Create.

You will have a travel industry insider crafting your itinerary. You may be as involved as you
wish or leave it to me. Your itinerary will arrive via the Trip Plans app (example).

3 - Bon voyage!

Enjoy your relaxing getaway or active adventure! You will enjoy the advantage
of me and my local partners taking care of the details and special requests throughout your trip.

4 - Post Trip.

We’ll arrange a call to share your trip memories!
The provided feedback will ensure your next trip is even more spectacular.

Fees

All fees are non-refundable. Once an itinerary is approved, one change is permitted without a fee.
Changes to the trip’s destination require a new planning fee*. See below for the fee schedule including cancellations.

*A $100 change fee is implemented after the 1st change post deposit. Changes to destination require a new planning fee.**A 3% merchant fee will be charged for credit & debit card payments***Last minute bookings (within 30 days) are an additional 50% or 90 days during a holiday.

Key elements of your trip should be booked directly through us to ensure that we can guarantee continuity and seamless service throughout your journey. I am committed to delivering a high-quality travel experience.

The following components of your trip should be booked through us to deliver the best vacation experience:

  • Accommodations: Booking your lodging through us guarantees that we can offer the safest and most reliable options, with 24/7 support if any issues arise. We do not assist with Airbnb properties or redemption of hotel, flight, or credit card points and appreciate your understanding. We work with hotels and villa rental companies that are well-vetted, 4 & 5-star rated and often offer special amenities for our clients not available to the general public.

  • Transfers/Transportation: Coordinating ground transfers and transportation ensures your travel logistics are handled smoothly, and we can manage any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Travel Insurance: For your peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip investment from unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies . Should you decline travel protection, a waiver of responsibility will be provided for signature.

  • Flights: Ensuring we can provide support for your travel from start to finish, including flight changes, delays, and cancellations. Should you choose to book independently, communication with the airlines, additional costs and associated impacts to arrangements such as airport transfers, accommodations and tours will be the responsibility of the traveler. We do not assist with redemption of flight or credit card points.
